With all this ability to generate examples and confirm patterns with examples, I worry about the future of deducation, that aspect of mathematical reasoning that is unique. Induction may generate patterns but it does not tell us that the patterns hold... Reasoning using deducation needs to be in the curriculum of all students, from grade 1 up. It is the way we decide whether something is true in mathematics, and to avoid it is akin to teaching science without experiments.
